These are a collection of Intranet pages. They are of use to Management, Partners, Fee Earners and Support staff and provide the following benefits:

These pages allow the Lawyer to see "listings" of matters, bills, case activities, clients, etc. and have facilities to sort and filter the information in different ways. It is therefore far more flexible than paper reports, is "instant" and can be printed out if needed.

Just a few examples of how the pages are used include:

  • Listing a Fee Earner's matters in descending WIP sequence to identify matters for monthly billing.
  • Listing matters by last activity date to identify matters where there has been no activity for a long period of time.
  • Listing matters by last time activity to identify matters where nothing has happened and which need attention
  • Listing Unpaid bills over x days old to see bills that need chasing
  • Listing Case Activities, filtering by critical task.
  • Seeing all the above by Personal Responsibility or looking across all matters where you are the primary Lawyer or Supervising Partner or Client Partner.
