Infrastructure
projects covering the complete replacement of all desktop, network,
physical infrastructure and back office systems for 2,000+ users

new systems to be deployed that would otherwise have been impossible.
-

These projects included the adoption of best practice across the
sales teams, consolidating from various packages onto one and
allowing the sharing of customer information where relevant.

Trouble shooting a bespoke project replacing all
the systems running an "Information Provider" for the
Chemicals Industry. This multi £m project was in severe
difficulties. The project was essential for the operation of a
significant business unit and the old system was about to fail.
Through finding effective work arounds and alternative ways of
working together with restructuring the project a disaster was
avoided.
